By accessing or using Lista IPTV (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Lista IPTV provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming services, including live television channels and video-on-demand content, delivered over the internet to compatible devices.
3. Account & Subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing credentials with third parties or reselling access is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are charged according to the plan selected at checkout. Prices are listed in USD. Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) redistribute, rebroadcast, or resell any content; (b) circumvent any access controls or digital rights management; (c) use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lista IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
